A memorable camping experience in the Sahara!
On your transfer to the Sahara desert, take off on a private flight over the Atlas Mountains, giving you a spectacular view of their dramatic snow capped peaks, impressive Gorges and marvelous valleys. Travel along luxuriant oasis of the Ziz valley to Erfoud where you will continue through a sandy desert plateau where you will encounter nomads herding camels.
Ride across the dunes on camel in the spectacular Merzougar dunes. Admire the sunset on your ride before returning to your private camp where traditional dinner will be served accompanied by local entertainers. Early in the morning, enjoy a wonderful sunrise over the Saharan dunes and then enjoy a rich local breakfast.
Transfer to Rissani, a short drive to the birthplace of the current royal dynasty of Morocco. Rissani is an important former post of trans-Saharan trading caravans. Visit the Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif, the founder of Alaouite dynasty, the Ksar of oiled Abdelhalim where the governor of this country lived and then stop in the Souks.

Day 1
Flight to Sahara Desert
Pick-up from your hotel and transfer to airport. Take off in a private plane to the edge of the Sahara desert wheree you will be met and transferred to the Merzougar dunes. Ride on camel across the dunes to enjoy a spectacular sunset. Head back to camp for dinner.
Overnight in comfortable tents with hotel beds.
Day 2
Sahara Desert / Flight back
Enjoy the wonderful sunrise over the Saharan dunes in the early morning and then enjoy a rich local breakfast. Transfer on a short drive to Rissani to visit the Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif, the Ksar of Ouled Abdelhalim and then stop in the Souks before driving to Errachidia airport for the return flight. On arrival, a car and driver will be at your disposal for your transfer to your hotel.
