Four blissful days spent on one of the best anchorages of the Moroccan coast.
In Essaouira you can visit the town’s impressive fortifications consisting of an amazing mixture of Portuguese and Berber military architecture. Explore the souks and the carpentry workshops devoted to cedar and thuya wood carving. See modern Art galleries, and visit the walled harbor with its stalls of freshly caught barbequed fish. Tour the immediate neighborhood area of Essaouira where you will learn to ride your camel and go for an easy loop out of the beaten paths. This allows for observation of the fauna and the floor along the Atlantic coast. For a more cultural experience, meet shepherds and local fishermen. This excursion is slow and peaceful in the company of the docile animals and the good supervision and care of your local guide. The local guide will help you to discover this part of his home country.
Visit the Berber markets and discover the rural way of life. Visit the local vineyards and the winery of Val D’Argan where you are invited for a wine tasting. Val D’Argan wines are produced here in red rose or white and exported to different parts of Morocco and abroad. Also enjoy a lunch at the winery.
End your tour in Essaouira with relaxation at the beach or a stroll in the artisan markets of Essaouria.

Day 1
Arrive Marrakech and transfer to Esaouira
Upon arrival at Marrakech airport you will be met by our representative who will introduce you to your driver for the transfer to Essaouira.
Check in at your hotel and overnight.
Day 2
Esaouira
Morning:Tour the town, visiting the fortifications consider if Portuguese and Berber military architecture.
Afternoon: Excursion to the immediate neighbourhood area of Essaouira. Learn to ride your camel and go for an easy loop out of the beaten paths.
Overnight.
Day 3
Esaouira
Morning:Visit one of the Berber markets of the area to discover the rural way of life. Transfer for a visit to the vineyards and the winery of Val D’Argan where you are invited for a wine tasting. Lunch in the property of Val d’Argan. Return to Essaouira for the rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight.
Day 4
Esaouira / Departure
Your transfer will be arranged according to your flight timings from Marrakech airport back to the USA.
