Day 1
Casablanca

Arrive at Casablanca Mohamed V Airport and be welcomed by your English speaking guide and transferred to your hotel, check in & settlement in the rooms. In the evening enjoy a round trip transfer to Rick’s Cafe to enjoy an international dinner with tasting of a refined wine selection.

Set in an old courtyard-style mansion built against the walls of the Old Medina of Casablanca, the restaurant – piano bar is filled with architectural and decorative details reminiscent of the film: curved arches, a sculpted bar, balconies, balustrades as well as dramatic beaded and stenciled brass lighting and plants that cast luminous shadows on white walls. Guest steeped in the elegant atmosphere come to feel as though they are in the film, and each evening a new chapter unfolds in the lives of the characters who are part of today’s Rick’s Cafe.

Day 2
Casablanca / Benslimane / Casablanca

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departure for a day visit to a winery in Benslimane, “Thalvin – Domaine Des Ouled Thaleb.” Wine tasting and lunch will be on-site. Head back to the hotel by the afternoon for an orientation tour of Casablanca.

In 1926, 50km northeast of Casablanca, on the field of Ouled Taleb Benslimane, the oldest winery was born and is still operating in the kingdom. In 1968 Thalvin is created and operates the basement and this area of 500 hectares, planted only noble grape varieties of French origin. Thalvin has two bottling lines with a production capacity of 6.5 million bottles per year. Confident in the authenticity of its wines and in order to boost the image of Morocco’s wine abroad Thalvin devotes part of its production for export, and in recent years, its wines are tasted the best restaurants in the world.

Day 3
Casablanca / Essaouira

After breakfast enjoy an inside visit of Hassan the II mosque. After depart directly to Essaouira and be transferred to you hotel for check in. In the evening commences an orientation tour of Essaouira and its preserved medina and port.

Day 4
Essaouira / Val D’Argan Winery / Marrakech

After breakfast depart to visit “Le Domaine Val D’Argan” and its caves. Enjoy wine tasting & lunch at le Val D’Argan restaurant.

Fruity and generous wines from Val D’Argan are produced in the region of Ounagha on about 50 acres of field established in 1994. It took more than 4 years of hard work to get 30 hectares of vineyards. The Domaine Du Val D’Argan is mainly dedicated to vines of the Rhone Valley, Clairette, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc for white varieties, Mourvedre, Grenache and Syrah for red. The particularity of the place is that it provides a climate vineyard combining both the wind form the sea to the desert. These climatic differences bring to the Val D’Argan an extremely delicate flavor that allows it to offer large white win catalog, pink, gray or red.

In the evening depart to Marrakech and stop on the way to a cooperative producing Argan Oil. The Argan tree that produces Argan oil is growing exclusively in Morocco and no where else in the world! It is sold in Morocco as a luxury item and is difficult to find for sale outside the region of production.

Day 5
Marrakech

After breakfast, depart for a cooking class in one of the famous Riads in Marrakech: La Maison Arabe. Since opening in 1946, La Maison Arabe has achieved a legendary status in Marrakech. For lunch, clients will taste what they have prepared during the cooking workshop. In the evening you will visit Marrakech and its main attractions and historical sites, such as Koutoubia mosque, Bahia Palace, the Medersa Ben Youssef, the Majorelle Gardens and the famous Jemaa el Fna square. Dinner will be at a traditional Moroccan restaurant: Palais Gharnata.

The Gharnata palace is situated between the Bahia palace, the prefecture of the medina and the Dar Si Said museum, a strategic place, visited by thousands of tourists. Grands, walls, pillars and doors are the result of a craft wooden work of sculptured and painted dear, mosaics finely chiseled and treated in seven colors, of powder stucco of marble and plaster, all done in accordance with the canons of the Arabic geometry.

Day 6
Marrakech / Beni Mellal / Fez

After breakfast go for an early departure to Fez via Ben Mellal and the cedar woods of the Middle Atlas Mountains. The area all along the trip is amazing! Lunch not he way at Bine El Ouidane Region then continue to Fez. Arrive in late afternoon and check in at your Riad.

Day 7
Fez / Midelt / Erfoud

After breakfast enjoy the whole day being devoted to the sightseein got Fez, the most ancient of the imperial cities. Visit the medieval Median with its Attarine and Bou Anania Medersas, the Nejjarine fountain, the Moulay Idriss mausoleum, and the karaouine mosque. Lunch is at your own account. In the afternoon visit the Fez Jdid and return back to your hotel by the end of the afternoon. Dinner will be at Maison Blanche.

Imagined as a luxurious interior terrace on two levels, the restaurant wants vertiginous and vertical, with gray natural stone cliffs. Its walls and ceiling smoked mirror reflect to infinity, all perspectives and give clear space and bright impression of excess and open-air restaurant.

Day 8
Fez / Meknes / Fez

After breakfast at your Riad depart to visit one of the most ancient wineries in Morocco: “Chateau Roslane.” Visit & wine-tasting as well as lunch at Villa des Pins. Thereafter enjoy an orientation tour of Meknes on the way back to Fez before heading back to your Riad by the end of the afternoon. In the evening dinner will be at an elegant Moroccan restaurant: La Maison Bleue.

La Maison Bleue is a palace built in 1356 of the Hegira. A haven of peace, this house is located in the heart of the Medina of Fez, a jewel of the Arab world.

Day 9
Fez

Breakfast at your Riad before check out and transfer to Fez International Airport for departure to your final destination.
