Chui Lodge and Kiangazi House

Day 1
Depart Nairobi, Kenya

Depart Nairobi/ Nanyuki after breakfast by road, giving your guests the opportunity to experience the stunning views into the Great Rift Valley
Arrive for lunch, prepared by our Head Chef (recently trained by a Jamie Oliver chef.)

Afternoon tea of freshly baked scones, biscuits, strawberry jam and fresh cream (all from our own organic farm), head out on a game drive in the wildlife conservancy.

After enjoying sundowners around a campfire in the bush, a slow night drive looking for leopards and Aardvarks

Dinner in the lodge, private dining at your room or in the main dining area.

Day 2

Early morning game drive down to the lakeshore, followed by a bush breakfast under a large Acacia tree on the lakeshore, lots of wildlife walking past and incredible birds.

After breakfast a gentle walk along the lakeshore followed by a boat ride on Lake Naivasha.

Lunch at the Lodge, either outside the restaurant or poolside.

Afternoon tea followed by a short drive to the Oserian flower farm to see Kenya’s largest and most eco-friendly flower farm.

Sundowners on the lakeshore followed by a short night drive home.
Dinner in the lodge, private dining at your room or in the main dining area.

Day 3

Breakfast in the lodge before proceeding by road to Nakuru National Park – approx. 1.5 hours away on a paved road.

Full day safari in the national park looking for rhinos, big cats, flamingos and a variety of other wildlife.

Bush lunch in the park before heading back to Chui Lodge mid-afternoon.

Day 4

After breakfast in the lodge depart for the Maasai Mara, either by plane (1 hour) or by car (4.5 hours).

The Nakuru Park day trip can be done either on the second or the third day, depending on whether the transfer to the Mara is by plane or road (no point making the guests have two longs days in the safari car in a row.)

Our privately run wildlife conservancy is committed to conservation, we have one of the strongest populations of both leopard and giraffe in Kenya, a successful Grevy’s Zebra breeding programme and we work very closely with the surrounding communities regarding human/ wildlife conflict. Our associated flower farm is a fair trade organization aimed at empowering our staff and between our organic agriculture and our tourism we support over 12 000 people in the local area.
