Luang Prabang in Style at Sunset House
Day 1
Luang Prabang (L/D)
Arrive in Luang Prabang by private Jet in the morning.
VIP Visa service, then transfer by minibus to Sunset House.
Start your discovery of Luang Prabang with your guide, who will take you for an orientation tour of the World Heritage City, visit Vat Xieng Thong and the Traditional Arts & Ethnology Center.
Lunch at Khai Phaen restaurant (Lao food).
Continue your visit of Luang Prabang and visit the national Museum
Later in the afternoon, cruise on the Mekong River on a private boat until Sunset time. Sip a good bottle of Champagne and eat some canapés
on board while relaxing and admiring the calm and spectacular surroundings.
Dinner will take place at Elephant Restaurant, one of the best places in town.
Accommodation at Sunset House.
Day 2
Luang Prabang-Departure (B/L)
Early birds will enjoy assisting at the alms giving to the monks (Tak Bat) before breakfast.
Later this morning you will drive to Kuangsi waterfalls, 32 kms to the west of Luang Prabang. On the way, visit the Hmong village Ban Na Ouane. After a short walk through the forest to the waterfalls, you will enjoy the scenery; take a swim in one of the nearby clear pools. On the way back stop at the Khmu village Ban Thapene. Khmu men are especially good basket weavers and can sometimes be watched crafting.
Return to your residence and relax around the swimming pool.
Late lunch will be served on the terrace of your house from outside catering.
Mid of afternoon proceed to the City of World heritage for another short visit or some shopping, before your transfer to the airport and flight back to Bangkok by private jet.
