Interpretation & Tijeretas: An easy trail that begins at the Interpretation Center, where you can learn more about the formation of the islands, their colonization and the problems they have to deal with nowadays. Then it continues to the Frigate bird hill, a beautiful viewpoint form where you can spot the frigate birds, then to the Darwin Bay where you can have safe and beautiful snorkeling, and ending with Carola beach to snorkel again or just relax.

Day 2
San Cristobal Island (B/L)

Today you will have a snorkel tour to Kicker Rock, a famous snorkel spot in open water where you can swim with sea lions, rays, reef sharks, and if lucky, hammerhead sharks. Lunch on board and then we will visit a beach where we can relax before heading back to port. Back around 2pm, rest of the afternoon is free, you can for example visit the Loberia.
Loberia is a visitor site reached by taxi from the port or a half hour of walking. There you have a trail that goes up to a cliff, there you have a beautiful view and you can spot swallow tailed gulls, frigate birds, blue footed boobies. Back on the beach you can snorkel and rest in the company of a big seal lion colony.

Day 3
Santa Cruz Island (B)

At 6:30am you will transfer to the pier and depart at 7:00am to Santa Cruz Island with the public boat. It takes around 2 hours. At arrival you will be welcomed by our staff and transferred to the hotel. Day free to visit one of the following places:
The Grietas:You can cross the bay with a water taxi (around $1 per person) and then begin a hike to the Grietas, which are cliffs made by a volcanic movements on the coast of Santa Cruz. You can swim in the shallow water between the cliffs, and also you will pass by a slat mine that is still working now.
The Charles Darwin Station:This is the place where scientists from all over the world come with projects regarding conservation of species, analysis of water, observation about impact of tourism on the islands and so on. You can visit part of the Center where they reproduce tortoises before freeing them on their island of origin. The projects worked very well for Espanola Island also. We can also see land iguanas as a project of conservation had been launched for them too.
Tortuga Bay:Take a taxi ($2) or walk to the entrance of the beach, from there you enter a forest of giant endemic cacti, there you walk 3km until you arrive to a beautiful white sandy beach called Toruga Bay as it is a site of reproduction of turtles. The main beach is not very safe for swimming because of the currents but as you walk alone the shoreline you can observe lots of coastal birds such as the turnstone, the American oyster catcher, plover and sandpiper. Then you will arrive to a hidden bay where the water is really calm and great to swim in. Please do not hang your belongings to the mangrove, they are very fragile! There is also a trail that takes you to a huge marine iguana colony.
